Here is the procedure to follow when a phone or charger arrives broken.
1. Fill out return policy form
2. Ship the phone back to Liberty Warehouse (address is on Return Policy below)
3. Fax Return policy to Liberty at 971-275-1876

Once Liberty receives the fax with proof that the phone is being shipped back to them they will ship a new phone simultaneously.

ATTN: Please remove SIM card before sending phone back to Liberty. If you need a phone in the mean time Walmart has a $15 T-Mobile phone that is a good back up phone while you wait for your new Galaxy phone to be delivered. Once the new phone arrives you can email accounting@libertyinternational.net for a refund of your shipping cost to send the phone back to Liberty.
